GFAVIP sign-in is required before evidence submission. Submitting starts manual review; it does not activate, transfer, renew, or sell the domain.
Recovery is available only when the exact name matches protected legacy inventory or other verifiable registrar evidence. A supported extension does not by itself guarantee approval.
